Magical Parties is owned and operated by Colleen McKie. She has been in the hospitality business for more than 13 years. Colleen's extensive knowledge in event planning, catering and restaurant management has afforded her the opportunity to provide service for some of the most prominent individuals in the country including past presidents, entrepreneurs, movie stars and CEOs.

Colleen received a bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis on hospitality. Her tenure in the corporate world provided her the opportunity to excel in a variety of capacities. But it was Colleen's creativity, superior organizational skills, eye for detail and problem-solving abilities that earned her the reputation as the "go to girl" for event and meeting planning. 

After weeks of searching for a children's event planner that offered the exacting standards, professionalism and service that her clientele had come to expect, Colleen decided to start her own business specializing in unique, upscale children's celebrations. Her goal is to provide the same level of planning and professionalism for kids' events that she has always provided for adult events.

Add a touch of whimsy and the flash of her magic wand and Colleen creates fabulous celebrations for your children while at the same time providing a relaxing, enjoyable day so mom and dad can enjoy the festivities, too.
