What should I expect the day of the party?
A Magical Parties team will arrive
approximately 1 hour prior to the
party start time to set-up.
Space will be required for games, activities, photos and the tea party.
Please provide a space at your
entrance door for the team to park
while loading and unloading.
What if I have to cancel my party?
In the event of illness or emergency, we will work with you to reschedule your party on the first available date.
What is your policy regarding inclement weather?
On rare occasions weather may require the delay or rescheduling of a party. If weather makes it difficult for us to get to you, it will also make it difficult for your guests. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule your party on the next available date.

Do you have a location?
We do not have a party location. Think of our role as similar to that of a wedding planner. We coordinate the event at your chosen venue.
